Does not respond to phone calls or emails. Been waiting for 6 weeks for a response. Left 5 voicemails and 3 emails. We took all our policies else where. The other agency spoke to her directly and she assured them she would call us. She didn’t. Stay away from this business once they got your initial business they do nothing to help you or to try and keep you. Also filed a complaint with state farm headquarters .

Marci Reece's office was next to horrible for me. I had very high scores on safe drive (96+ across the board) and was receiving a 12% discount. 100 scores are supposed to receive a 30% discount. The office "manager" had zero information on my discount and sent me to technical support, the bot quickly forwarded my call back to my local office where they did not answer the phone. I tried to call back and never was able to reach anyone with any knowledge on how this works. I canceled my insurance a week later. They decided to bill me. On the day that I canceled. I'm receiving a partial refund, much smaller than the pro-rated three days I used. Again marci could not be reached. (On vacation for another 2.5 weeks) and the office "manager" had no information on the breakdown or the billing and couldn't give me any information except that " i pay after I use the month of insurance." She again could not give me any information and there was sadly nobody above her to reach out to or ask. I suggest you go somewhere else for your policy. I saved a hundred bucks a month bu switching to A A A.

Terrible. Never answered my calls , voicemails , or emails for a month she did respond to my husband but it still took weeks to get a response. Not even sure what the point of having an agent is if they won’t help you but there’s no customer service provided by this person.

It's great to have all my insurance in one place with such a great agent and team. What a breath of fresh air! Marci has certainly went above what most agents would do for their clients. She made sure everything was straightened out and correct. Marci then had me stop by her office and we sat down and went over my policies. It is nice to see that some agents do take their agency clients and make them feel like they care! Worked together with Marci and Miriam under a really tight timeline to accomplish my insurance needs, and they were great. I tried online and it just didn't work. Miriam helped me every step of the way and actually got a better coverage than what I previously had, for the same price. Highly recommended, professional and responsive!
