I have Maria Corona for my home and earthquake insurance. They are so friendly! Any questions I have I can email or call Cindy and she always gets back to me right away with pricing. If I forgot to pay my earthquake insurance for any reason she reaches out as a courtesy.

I recently called her to make a quick payment and she quickly mentioned life insurance. In 1 minute she gave me a quick quote without me even asking She planted the seed (which I had already bee Considering). I went back a few days later and got a life insurance policy with her.

It was quick, easy, and they're so friendly in the office! They had toys to entertain my 2 kids. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!!! IF YOU DONT HAVE TOME TO GO IN JUST MAKE A QUICK PHONE CALL!! you won't regret it!

If you have them as an agent, I seriously would advice you to change agents.

Since I been with them for over 5 years plus I have never dealt with Maria personally, until last month:

My car broke down in the middle of the freeway last month, naturally I call my personal agent, her office was close at 2pm on a Saturday. I did a quick Google search and another office that was open answer, sadly they couldn't help me, since they do not personally represent me.

I called the number on my card and "for faster help download our app..." which i did, and guess what, 2 hours later, nobody showed up, CHP had to town me out of the freeway.

When I called the towing company they told me I had to put another request because I moved places. Somebody more helpful than my agent called me from their corporate and apologized big time, I told him i called a town company myself that I paid $120.00 he said give it to your agent and you will get the money back.

Days passed and I express my frustration to my agent on email saying I was going to leave them.
I called her office and somebody by the name of Destiny told me send us your invoice and we will get you your money, then I got an email saying, oh it's not our office, you have to deal with corporate.

My personal care agent finally called me, but trough the whole call interrupted me, apologized for Destiny giving me the wrong info and that she will help me. And told me next time to i called her office after hours to hear the message so it can transfer me to corporate for help.
Also blamed everybody for the my troubles with the road side assistance since they are all 3rd parties companies that State Farm has zero power over them and still interrupted me so much i put my phone down and let her speak her speech.

I finally cancel my insurance with State Farm last month and I told this agent to make it effective MAY 12 which I got an email form a woman named Brittany saying it will be cancel on MAY 12 but today i got a letter saying i lost my insurance with them April 22nd! And got a check for 92 dollars not the 120 I paid.

Now with 10k more coverage on my renter's insurance AND a rental car and same coverage I am going to pay only $107 dollars, not $204 with no rental and much less coverage for my renters insurance.

As of this review I am on the phone with my new insurance company getting me set up ASAP instead of waiting till May 12 like I told them to.

The bday cards from this office are nice and all, but when you need this agent to be there and listen, well, she was not there.
