Poor service. Girl was late & didn't even apologize for making me wait outside. Her daughter running around the office. Just tacky. They can't do anything online but let you pay your bill. You always have to go to the location to get information updated. Then they want to add all type of fees on top of that. Transaction complete you think I got a "Thank you". Of course not. But you were so quick to swipe my Visa. Been with the company since 2009 you think I could get better service. I'll be looking for better insurance by the end of the month.

My original review was 5 star 4 years ago now if I could I ould give negative 5 I was being renewed automayically and out of nowhere my policy gets cancelled I try to reinstate and they are giving me excses trying to exclude vehicles that had been there 4 years how is it now that my vehicle wont be insured after 4 years because its a big vehicle exucuses to make me pay over 600 per month so ridiculous
