I have been with Marilyn Rigg for almost 12 years. The customer service is fantastic and they are very responsive. I had a very positive experience with Rachel in Marilyn's office when she was walking me through some of State Farm's requirements. Being that I am in California, it is hard to trust that any insurance company won't boot you for any possible reason and Rachel did a great job of bringing my nervousness down by explaining things to me. We have been customers of State Farm/Oakhurst for many years. Marilyn has been responsive, professional and understanding. After a 200 ft pine tree fell on our house during a mono wind storm, State Farm immediately jumped in and helped to make repairs, etc, very quickly. We truly appreciate their excellent customer service.
