I highly recommend Marrisa Johnson for all of your car insurance needs. I have had such a great experience with Marissa Johnson. When my State Farm agent retired I was re-assigned to Marissa. She reviewed all my coverages and made good suggestions where I might be under-covered, and also where I had too much coverage and could save money. She is very knowledgeable, cares and is super engaged in what she does. On top of that she is very personable and great to talk with. Could not be happier with this change!! Like most people, I got insurance through a big company that offered a bundle discount and thought insurance companies were all the same…robotic responses, minimal effort, and terrible customer service. That is until I decided to go with Marissa Johnson with State Farm. I have no words to describe the differences. Marissa and her team are amazing. They reply within a few hours, they have MY best interests in mind…let me say that again…MY best interests in mind. Not what’s best for some big insurance agency, but what’s best for me.
