Prugh was retained for a contested divorced filed in 2019. Retained by me and paid 13k where him and his legal assistant showed up unprepared without my file. I believe this law firm takes on too many cases without repercussions affecting clients and potential clients be aware.

Highly do not recommend. The Fort Leonard Wood legal office doesn’t even include this office on their resources page. The services I received here were so poor and over charged that I filed a complaint with the Missouri Bar and received a partial refund.

Mark and his team are incredible! Mark Prugh is my second attorney and his team consists of a Criminologist, two forensic Psychologists and two other attorney’s. He is straight with you and man of God. I will be with Mark Prugh Law Firm for a very long time! You will have to do most of the leg work but that is because you know your story and the truth. He has become very familiar with Parental Alienation and his team as well. One of the only attorneys that knows about it in 100s of miles.

I gotta give Mr. Mark Prugh a shout out. What a guy. I came to him for advice on a matter, and boy did he set me straight. I'm not going into detail, and all, but you know when you think you're smart, and you got it all figured out? This man knows his stuff. He blew my mind on what is what. He's been studying law his whole life. He's got way more years over others. Thank god I talked to him. He gave me a free consultation, and hes giving my spouse one as well to inform her in person. Shout out to all our military fam. This is the dude for you. He's one of us. 👍 👍 Military folks, I love it. Only the best for when you need help. If you're military, you stick with military. That's how I strickly roll when in need. If you come to him, you're going to the right place. Just do it.

within the three years, we have been stationed at Fort Leonard Wood, Mark and his amazing team have seen us quite a bit. we started with a simple lawsuit and kept coming back for living wills and durable power for many things involving our parents. They are very good about any questions you have. they help anyone who walks in the door so if you want to see them call and setup appt or if it's a quick question that an associate or paralegal can answer walk in and they will help!

Worst legal "representation" ever. Paid him $6K to represent us in two simple municipal cases in Lebanon and a civil claim of judicial harassment. The initial meeting was all hype "pie-in-the-sky" advising these are open and shut cases. We ended up pleading to probation on the two municipal cases, this after Randy, who "represented" us, was requesting that we settle with a $250 fine. They have done absolutely no work on our civil case and we have requested four times for an itemized list of actions they performed on our behalf for the $6,000 we paid them and they have not responded - big surprise. Since we have moved to the area a few years ago we have discovered it's difficult to find people who operate with integrity, honesty and character. Unfortunately, Prugh Law Office, has also made this list of people (companies) to steer clear of!
If you find yourself in a similar situation I suggest you file a report with the state at the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel.
