I'm very happy with this office and Allstate Insurance. I switched from Geico, since the prices and service were much more appealing. They were very attentive on the phone the first time I called, gave me all the info I needed and were not pushy. I called again and signed a deal. Their website is easy too. So far so good. Thanks.

When my husband and I were stationed in Ft Rucker we had a ton of issues with Allstate's billing department (I had set automatic payments and they weren't coming out and we never got notified). We went in and spoke with a lady at this office who assured us we had cancelled my policy and all charges were taken care of (this was back in February of 2020). Today (3 years later) we received a bill from Allstate's Credit Department stating otherwise. Not only were we told completely wrong, we were never informed any debt was still owed. No calls. No emails. Someone just marked on the account that they had supposedly sent us something to our old address which we never received. Absolutely ridiculous and honestly pretty scammy the amount of issues we have had with them.
