They are FANTASTIC! Mark is a one of a kind agent, in that he goes consistently above and beyond in his customer service. I have been with State Farm for many years...first in Illinois and then Arizona when I moved here in 2000. I had been with a couple of other insurance companies, then came back to State Farm with a different agent initially.
