Excellent experience with my Public Adjuster that handled my insurance claim with State Farm. He showed up on time for all appointments & was prepared to do what I couldn't. We had storm damage to our house, and found Matrix Public Adjusters thru a google search and comparing reviews. I'm glad we went with them! They were very knowledge and professional. They worked directly with the insurance company, which made things very easy for us. At the end of the day, the insurance paid the full claim. Matrix Public Adjusters really handled my insurance claim that I filed with extreme attentiveness to detail. Insurance companies are never inclined to pay policyholders fairly our ignorance is the insurance companies power. I was ignorant to the process of filing an insurance claim & that’s we’re Matrix came in. They ended getting me a 54K settlement with State Farm & truth be told if it wasn’t for Matrix Public Adjusters intelligent approach to facilitating my insurance claim this would have never of manifested itself. Matrix Public Adjusters a great organized company. I hired them and if it wasn’t for them I would of never have gotten my wood shake roof approved from a claim from a storm that damaged my roof. It was because of there ingenuity, professionalism and efficacious communication was the reason that I was payed out $105,000.00 and then there they installed my entire 8700 sq ft roof in 4 days including new gutters. Matrix did an awesome helping me with my roof claim. They got my insurance company to indemnify me and then there construction company showed up 2 days later and I was shocked they installed a new roof and new gutter all within 6 hrs with 12 diligent workers. Matrix Adjusters did an outstanding job handling the insurance claim for my roof and siding. I was worried about my leaky roof and a representative came by and explained how they can help me like they have helped others in my neighborhood.
