My husband and I have been with State Farm for several years but recently moved our policy over to Matt Inama after making several changes due to adding a removing several vehicles in a very short time and getting our billing really messed up. Matt was able to help us sort everything out and get us back on track, which alone would have made a 5+ star review for Matt, but he didn't stop there!

This last weekend I texted Matt because my daughter got herself into a situation where she needed to policy on her car on a Saturday so she could drive herself home from another state. We looked online for short term policies and decided the best bet was to add her to our policy and get her home. I was hesitant to text Matt on a Saturday but I'm so thankful I did. Matt didn't hesitate to jump in and get us set up with a policy that not only was last minute, but was extremely affordable. He emailed us the proof of insurance and acted like it was just another day at the office.

Thank you Matt, you have no idea how greatful we are for this act of kindness. I have no idea what you were in the middle of or what you set aside to help us, but ultimately bringing our daughter home safely is exactly what you did!

I had a meeting with Matt Inama. He was not prepared for the meeting and filled out the paperwork wrong. I found out by calling his office. Then he got angry with me and told me if I couldn't afford to lose some money, I shouldn't be working with him. I chose to switch agents way happier with my new agent. She is very knowledgeable and has enough staff to answer any questions I need. Very happy I got a new agent that knows what they are doing. And communicates with her staff.
