I hope Matt Stark’s office knows what a treasure he has in Ann. Every time I call she is helpful, patient and sympathetic. I am always shopping around for insurance because with three male drivers under 25 insurance is expensive but Ann keeps me where I am at for now.

I have hated being with allstate ever since we got switched from our previous agent because he passed away. I'm going with State Farm because they can offer me the same plan at a WAY lower rate.
They don't try to help you save at all! Okay Bye

I am frazeled overworked and preparing for retirement. One thing that is going well is my Allstate agent and his team, always there to help, very knowledgeable. Nice to know some people have their professionalism and great service alway ready.
And for you bikers, Matt supports bikes!

Matt is very friendly and professional! We walked in and out with the perfect auto insurance plan within an hour. Matt quickly solved our problem with the Milewise plan (which we previously had spent hours making phone calls with other Allstate agents to find out why). Our email follow-up was also replied within the day. We are super satisfied and definitely will be coming back for other plans!

I called today to see if I can have that office be my local agent (because I prefer to have a local person versus the 800 number) and was told no before they even asked me questions. I was then transferred to their 800 number. This was a first and I live/work in the area. Although the lady that answered the phone was courteous, I believe it is in bad business practice to turn away a customer without even asking what you could assist them with. Me wanting to insure my house and two cars. I just called another local Allstate Agent and they were more than happy to assist.
