Not good. Meghan seemed helpful and mostly was. Until closing. She was going to make sure the property was cleaned off before I moved in. She didn't. The previous owner left all his stuff. Think overgrown junkyard. I was very specific about it needing to be all cleared out. LONG story short I'm being sued forthe junk he left. So thanks McKenna Agency for this nightmare. Your taking responsibility doesn't pay the lawyer or the 40,000 he tried to sue for, or the stress of being sued. Almost 2 years later some of the junk is still here because I have to pay to have it removed!

To put it professionally, I would not use this business as property management. We got tired of being lied to and Megan did not inspect our property, when we came to her with damages she took money from the deposit and kept it and tried to tell me it was a resolved issue at the end of the time we used them. She manipulated every penny out of the situation she could and was impossible to get hold of. I called the office to complain but turns out the boss is her dad so I got nowhere. Only a small example of issues we had. Also sold our tenant a home and let her out of the lease early.. I would not recommend doing businesses here.

Just sold my house today with all the help from Meghan Brandon. Her advice and recommendations help my home meet buyer financing requirements. Two thumbs up for customer service. I live out of town and relied on her to take care of so many things at my property while it was on the market. She did a great job and I recommend her highly. She has a "can do" attitude and the experience to back it up!

My girlfriend and I moved to Lewistown,Mt because she was born there, and we didn't really know what we would be in for. The town is small and the grocery store is over priced. But the only thing I personally felt that worked in our favor in that town was McKenna Agency! We were staying with someone there and we wanted to get our own place, Now with me being from NY I assumed it would be simple to find a place and that we would not have much trouble. I was wrong, nobody really rents properties there, Its more like a retirement town. But when we had been told to visit McKenna Agency we figured why not, we have not found anything anyways. Well thank god we meet a wonderful women by the name Suzan Youngbauer, she was an absolute delight. She listened to what we were looking for and especially in our price range. She had a property come right to mind and we agreed to look at it. Now I remind all of you reading this, we just moved to Lewistown and barley been there 2 months now. Struggling on finances and trying to make it. Suzan understood that and she worked with us to the best of her abilities and got us our own place. She truly did make it a great experience. And for the whole time we lived in that residence, if we had any problems we had the maintenance man arrive the next day if not the day after. We never had problems with the property or the Agency. And when it was time for us to go about our journey, we received our deposit back fairly quick and I would say a reasonable amount taken out for cleaning that we missed. I would recommend go to this Agency. Its a little treasure hidden in that town, and if they were here in NY they would make a killing simply for their hospitality and fairness. Also I just want to point out the Maintenance man is a great guy!
