I have used Bill J for over two decades and have always been very satisfied with his and his assistant. It was great working with them… now I tried to use MDA of Anniston with Jerry. Jerry is slow and believes his time is more important than customers. He has had our paperwork for about a month and told me monday (a week ago) handle it. No calls or text to keep us updated. In closing I would do my own taxes vs trusting Jerry. We miss you Bill!!

MDA took over our taxes for a retiring Bill J. & his office assistant D. who provided my wife and I with outstanding service for about 25 years. I didn't know what to expect. Upon entering the MDA office I was immediately greeted by Office Manager Jerry. He took me back to his tax professional's (Edna) office and Jerry and I got to know each other. It was a pleasant and relaxed conversation and I felt I was a valued client. Edna was fantastic as well. We chatted for a long while and she prepared my taxes in a professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend MDA to any of my friends. They were great. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️
