She is Fantastic! If you need an explanation of your bill, insurance, anything, Kaitlyn is the best! She knows her job inside and out, she’s attentive, thorough and precise. She gets all the information you need and request, she explains everything to you, making sure that you know your coverage.If you have questions or issues with a bill, she resolves the issue and emails you detailed information of the resolution of your bill. She definitely goes above and beyond, for all her clients. She’s the best in my book!

Contacted Kaitlyn Lague based upon recommendations from friends who had consulted with Kaitlyn on Medicare Coverage, and additional supplements available when turning 65. In a world where customer service makes or breaks a business, Liz dropped the ball. Extremely unprofessional and threatening towards a very good friend of mine, which speaks volumes about her business practices and should make anyone leery of conducting business with her.

I saw Liz. I waited for my new card which never came. I saw Dr and was told I only had Medicare. I called Liz. She said she didn't load it into the computer. She didn't bother to call me back.
