Ramon and Saudy were great. Came out to my house quickly and explained everything to me through the whole process. Insurance company was extremely difficult to work with and they were able to come to a swift resolution to help us after our washing machine leaked all over our downstairs. Recommended a great contractor who I would use again.

Ramon, Public Adjuster of Melo Property Claims was very knowledgeable regarding Hurricane damages and insurance claims.

After a period of going back and forth with the insurance company, Ramon was able to see the many things that the insurance company failed to cover and missed during their initial inspection.

Not only did Ramon assure me as a first time homeowner (had only been in my home three months) he was honest with his assessments, he also broke down the costs of repairs and showed me what my insurance company should be paying for.

Shayla worked side by side with Ramon to keep me informed about impending decisions regarding my claim.

All in all, without Melo Property Claims, my family would still be in a storm ravaged home, sleeping on the floor, no kitchen, no walls because my home endured that much damage and more.

DO NOT HIRE!! He was recommended as best in business. What a waste of my time and $10,000. He might have been great before, but now hes horrible. I called left messages and emails. He didnt respond in a timely manner. He has his son trying to do things. Once you hire him insurance company will not talk to you. Ramon then picks and chooses what he deals with. This man has done nothing for us. It wasn't until I contacted insurance commissioner of NC did stuff start getting done. I hired him in January last year. I haven't heard from him in 6 months once he got his money.

I'm so glad that we contacted Melo Property Claims when our insurance wasn't giving us what we needed for water damage. They were able to get us a higher amount than originally offered. It did take a while but that was to be expected.
