‼️I SAVED $174 A MONTH BY SWITCHING TO PROGRESSIVE‼️

Had Geico for 10 years. Hit a deer. They only paid about a third of what they are responsible for. She wouldn’t come back to reassess the damage once the hood was able to be opened. Rates kept going up every 6 months. I've officially washed my hands of this horrible company. I recommend you do the same!

Gieco always talks about how good they home owner insurance is. The second we tried to get home insurance the lady says the house to old and she can't help us, and some other stupid stuff she pretend was a problem.

I was told someone would call me back in regards to reinstating my policy. They said they were having technical issues. No one called & when I called back I was given a number to their IT dept to resolve it. This has been going on for about 2-3 weeks now

He will not accept my calls or return my messages. I have been an auto customer since 6/1999. I have been a homeowners policy since 2016. I have called Mr Hollis for help. Apparently he is only interested in taking my money for 25 years. Now I need him, he ignored me. The first time in 25 year to get behind in my payments. O nly 2 months, and Geico says there is nothing they can do. They are canceling my policy over $158. I have been unemployed since 9/2022. I am searching for a job day and night. So far, nothing has come up. I'm really upset about the attitude that Geico is taking. I guess that they are canceling my policy. Ii truly hope that they will loose all of their accounts.

Any time I have had an issue with anything, I have always been greeted kindly and the issue was resolved that day and typically within less than half an hour. Their app is very self explanatory and tracking your driving is one of their specialties that gives you discounts. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good, reliable company to be insured with.

Prices were good to begin with. As with all insurance companies, no matter if you have a perfect driving record. Their prices increase every 6 months. Will be shopping around before September.

Worst RV Insurance Company. I've been with Gieco for almost 20 years with many policies no accidents and a couple claims. Rose Segovia was very rude while trying to make a storm damage claim on my RV. Have all documents proving that there's storm damage and sealants are up to date. They always try to blame the sealants to get out of paying...

After today I would NEVER RECOMMEND GEICO TO ANY ONE OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. I BEEN WITH GEICO PAYING FULL COVERAGE FOR YEARS(6 YEARS OR SO) AND I WAS SITTING ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD FOR 2 HOURS FOR SOMEONE TO BRING GAS AND FINALLY THE GUY COMES HE PASS ME AND SAY IM IN A DANGER ZONE HE CANT PUT THE GAS. SO WHATS THE REASON FOR INSURANCE IF I GOTTA MAKE MY WIFE RUSH FROM HER JOB TO HELP...IM PAYING 200 FOR INSURANCE A MONTH FOR THEM NOT TO HELP? NEVER AGAIN....I WOULD NEVER CARRY FULL COVERAGE POLICY WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN
