Still waiting for refund for my policy. They take your card number over the phone and do not tell you the fine details of your insurance. You pay first and get screwed before you know what really is going on. I will keep you posted if they do the right thing, if not I will take them down stand by.

Terrible experience. We had a bad accident in Baja and repeatedly tried to contact the company without success. We eventually had some repairs done in Ensenada to make the car drivable and came up to San Diego. The estimate for repairs is 38k and this company has denied the claim and has continued to disregard our concerns. Going to try to proceed with a Mexican attorney out of principal but this company is awful! Do not give them your money! Their USA referral company, a company also placed on their website as if their “partners” have also been terrible as well- their customer service experience was bottom to none. Avoid!!

A now that nearly 3 months have passed, the agency has finally acknowledged their responsibility to fix the vehicle. But they will only do this if we transport the vehicle to Tijuana and have the repairs done there. There is nothing in the policy that requires this. Do not do business with these people. This is torture- We've been without our main car since February and the the insurance company won't rise to their contractural obligations.

It looks like this company has "ghosted" a few other customers as well. You need a Mexican policy to drive in Mexico, but that's all you'll get here.
