I use to have American Family Insurance and went to a different insurance company. That company was HORRIBLE!!! So then I went back to American Family Insurance. They are there for their for their clients. I truly wish I had never left them. My representative is Patrick. He is sooooooo good. He has helped me tremendously. If you want a good insurance company who will stand behind you and give you support and great service go to American Family Insurance, Mike Janzen office. You won't regret it!!!!

I have been with American Family Insurance since 1975. I have had great experience form all of the staff there. Some have changed. Michael Janzen took over for Tom Henschen. His staff has been wonderful. Susanne Ellis is the agent I work with now. She is great to explain exactly what my policy is and any changes that are coming up. I appreciate her expert knowledge.
