Nobody likes to deal with insurance but if you do. You hope it goes smooth. And that it not confusing and frustrating because of them. I’ve had two experiences where I called Allstate , first one, windshield cracked in freeway due to a rock. Called and Michelle answered she explained to me and I decided it was cheaper to pay out of pocket. Next one was in a car accident multiple vehicles. Put a claim on the app. So just going thru my collision insurance whole process took me like 3 weeks until my car was paid off. From putting claim to taking it to body shop. To dealing with paperwork of my car being a total loss. And being walked thru that. I was on top of the email and phone calls. Any problems or questions they’ll help you. Michelle, her people and Allstate made process as smooth as it can be

Let me start by saying, as a small business owner, I have never left a bad review. I have had some bad service, but nothing like this place.
We got a call from them about a year ago, saying that we needed a new roof on one of our houses, on our property. My husband explained to them, that 1. that house is unoccupied, and doesn’t leak.. 2. Being a small business owner, right now, with all of this craziness the last couple of years with Covid and inflation, we don’t have an extra $10,000 laying around.
We hadn’t heard from them in a while, so I had my husband call them months later, and they said we were no longer insured by them. Our house has been insured by them for 33 years, and we never made one claim. My husband said that we needed to be added again, so what do we need to do, if we can’t afford a new roof? They said, “we aren’t taking new clients right now.“
New client? After 33 years, we are a new client?
I am disgusted by this business, and their non loyalty to their customers.

I have been with Allstate since I was 16 years old and covered in my grandparents policy. I just celebrated my 60th birthday! I’ve been with Michelle and her office for many years now and up until 2016, never really had to file any claims except maybe for a few towing reimbursements and windshield replacements. In 2016, my brand new Yukon XL Denali was hit 3 times in 16 months, once by an uninsured driver. Michelle and the staff in her office were just amazing and knowing I had them to help me through the claims and repair process each time alleviated so much of the frustration and stress. Each time the damage was only cosmetic and my Denali is as beautiful as ever. I love having an agent that I can call or just walk in and see. I’ll never settle for a stranger over the phone, even if it does save a little money. You pay for it in the lack of relationship when you really need someone in your corner! A huge thank you to Michelle and all her team for the amazing service they provide!
