Midwestern Adjusters is The Best Company Ever, especially The Great Team : Michelle , Paul , Mike , and Mark are The Best. They Treated me Like A Family . They approved me quick and They Are Awesome. Midwestern Adjusters and Elite Restoration were fantastic. We had them replace our siding one year and another year the roof. Both were with top quality materials and the workers were fantastic. Jonathan Nichols guided us through the process with follow up above and beyond. Communication was thorough and consistent as well as follow up by Elite. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Tristin and Oscar did a great job coming to our house to review the damages on our siding and roof. Once Tristin submitted the claim to my insurance company they pretty much handled the claims process with the insurance adjuster. We will continue to recommend them to our friends and family.

Had great experience with Midwestern Adjusters company. Personally worked with Paul Domete and Tristin Santiago. Very professional customer service! Had done roof on my house and gutters. Great company and team. Everything worked perfect for me. Paul and Tristin were extremely helpful. Crew guys were great !!! My experience with Midwestern was excellent. Midwestern Adjusters and Elite restoration came through in a big way for us. Oscar Santiago is an amazing man and helped us alone the way in the whole process!! Angie, Ev, Silas, and the whole rest of the team at Midwestern Adjusters were great! After a hail storm went through my area we probably had a dozen different companies knock on our door and offer their services. I turned them all away until I finally met Angie and Ev. They came across as very knowledgeable, experienced, down to earth, and seemed to really want to help my wife and I get our roof fixed. They were able to get us approved for a full roof, guttering, downspouts and ventilation replacement! All we had to pay was our insurance deductible which was not bad at all! We had just purchased this house a few months before the storm rolled through, and now we are set for years to come with our new roof. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Midwestern Adjusters to anyone who may have similar roof damages. Thanks so much to MA for your help on our home - and for all of the follow up throughout the process - I never felt like I was out of the loop on anything.

Probably the worst mistake to go with this company, I got the information from one of my friend at the barbershop, hesitant to go with them he convinced me, the initial consultation went smooth with Eddie promising that he will do everything to get my insurance to approve the replacement of my roof made me feel at ease, long behold this was just the start of my nightmare, I had to do follow up with Eddie several times with no luck or update, when the insurance finally got back to this adjuster they told them they will only cover the repairs with the insurance agent never going up to my roof to see the damage from storms, he did very little to get the insurance to find a agent to go to my roof, the last conversation I had with Eddie was that he was trying to send a contractor to put a tarp mind you this didn’t happen until after 5 months after initial consultation my assumption is that the company was trying to get paid or something. I denied the service to put a tarp and he then waited for me to not be at home to send a contractor, this was around Super Bowl weekend, to this day I still have a tarp on my roof and nothing has been done, all they do is put the blame on the insurance, that they didn’t want to cover it. Definitely will not be happy until this is issue gets resulted, I went with adjusters to have hassle free no interaction with my insurance but everytime something didn’t go right he would direct me to my insurance for ME to call them. If I get an adjuster I’m assuming they do all the leg work and obviously this wasn’t the case, I could of just went to my insurance myself, very disappointed at this Company, please BEWARE when using this company.

I am so impressed with Midwestern Adjusters, especially my adjuster Paul Domete! My husband and I are first time home buyers so this was all so new to us. Paul has been nothing but exceptional this whole experience. Very responsive & knowledgeable and got everything done so fast! We have State Farm as our insurance and everything was approved right away which was awesome! After getting approved the workers were also great and our roof was done in 1 day!! I am very happy with my experience and will be letting all of my family and friends know.
