Buying a vehicle because your son totaled his car and you need a car for winter is stressful. When we did find a good deal and had to act fast, State Farm, Carolyn in particular, was very helpful. I called the office and was able to actually talk to a person who was interested in helping right away. Carolyn made sure we were saving as much money on insurance as possible. We have been with State Farm for more than 20 years and have never had a problem with service or being overcharged.
