I was originally happy to receive a quote from these guys for a plan without the CA 'Fair' plan. I used their quote to budget and secure a construction loan for a new home. These things take time and I was in touch with Heather numerous times, confirming the policy was still available. Now that our house is finished, she tells me they no longer write new policies in California. She sent me a list of referrals that want to set me up with the un-fair plan with significantly increased rates. Thanks for nothing.
