Todd is exceptional. He is responsive and genuinely cares about his clients having good coverage. I'm very choosy with my insurance brokers and agents I work with. I used to work in insurance, and tend to have higher standards than most. I really prefer brokers who focus on retention and policy maintenance, rather than just new business.
