I outlined what I was looking for and Teresa sent me a detailed email requesting additional information to prepare a quote for insurance. I furnished all the information requested and I received the following email the next week:

"Are you shopping the account with various brokers/agencies? Milestone operates as an exclusive broker for our clients. Therefore, if you have the account sent out to other brokers, we will have to respectfully decline the opportunity to quote your account."

A waste of time and extremely poor service, in my opinion.
