Miller Public Adjusters was instrumental in us maximizing a more substantial home insurance claim from a damaging two-inch diameter hailstorm we experienced in April 2020. Every one of our insurance company's so-called claim adjusters and their hired and paid for roof specialists that came out to inspect the roof, gutters, and siding stated the damages were minimal. They maintained the superficial losses were restricted to the plastic gutter guards and metal roof vents. In an effort to make us go away, approximately three months later, they sent out a check in the paltry sum of $1,300 - while totally ignoring the large visual dimples in our siding and the shingles.

In our disbelief and outrage, we then sought the opinions of several local roofing contractors, and after a web search and a personal recommendation, contacted and engaged the services of Miller Public Adjusters. Collectively, all the parties agreed we had significant hailstone damage to our roof and siding. That began a nearly two-year bureaucratic and legal battle with our insurance company. Operations Manager Sam Ifft and the skilled staff at Miller Public Adjusters were relentless and tenacious in our matter - with an at times - unresponsive and belligerent insurance company that was dealing with us as loyal policy holders in bad faith. In the end, Miller Public Adjusters coordinated and helped litigate for us a successful and generous settlement amount that avoided going to a jury trial - that has covered the expenses to repair our home. We couldn't be happier!
