We’ve had this company serve as our property manager for about a year. While I’m sure the owner and staff are nice, Property Management is not in their wheelhouse. Our experience just continues to grow increasingly problematic. Mainly pertaining to communication. There is none. And if/when she does communicate, she does not answer the question. And it’s not just with our board and homeowners. There is a major lapse in communication with contractors too. Our board meetings aren’t managed efficiently, and she is often unprepared and doesn’t hit the marks as required by Davis Sterling. She doesn’t take accountability for the lack of communication. And does not provide a positive resolution to do better.

Elmer and who he said is his secretary Cynthia are horrific to deal with in our HOA. Our board is looking for new management to get rid of this company. They completely destroyed our community, wasted homeowner money and are a huge liability. I hope we don't work with them much longer.

THE LOT OF THESE 1 STAR REVIEWS ARE REVENGE REVIEWS OF ONE PERSON BASED ON A PERCEIVED TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Go meet Cynthia yourself. She's a professional and straightforward. To my experiences with her, she addresses issues with tact and good conflict resolution skills. Haven't seen any shady business practices that disproves my perception.

This is a very snail pace, deceptive management group. Even their response to this review will be ad hominem and terse, but that's what unintelligent people do.

They hide funds, don't employ them for necessary fixes until clamored on by concerned community members. They don't EVER come to the property to assess, and will will not keep up with the most basic of repairs/maint..

I would like to know the owner of this company to speak with them honestly..can you respond an email?

The owner, Cynthia, and her "staff" are horrible. Extremely unprofessional and have mismanaged our HOA community. Poor customer service and the worst company you can hire for property management. Not recommended.
