I have been trying to get a car removed from my policy , Called Monday about 5 times no response , Tuesday finally got a a hold of someone but the person stated that only a supervisor was able to remove my car from the policy and had to wait for the supervisor to contact me . Spoke with the supervisor Tuesday afternoon and was told it they had to send the removal paper work to Legacy and that it could take up to 48 hours, next day got a call again asking me if i wanted to add some extra coverage to my vehicle to which i say NO and was told they were going to get back to me when the other vehicle was removed. Today is Saturday already and still haven't hear back from them , had to end up paying my next month for both vehicles , they did told me there was a possibility that I was going to have to pay for both vehicles & that next month the extra was going to be deducted which i'm okay with , the one thing that I'm unhappy about is why does it have to takes up to a week to remove a car from policy ? i'm paying a extra week for a car I not longer have , why does it take a week to get them remove but only a few minutes when you get them added , makes no sense.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! You can't make payments unless you physically go in. If you call, he just throws you on hold until you give up. I've been waiting for 35 minutes (because i wanted to see if he would ever come back) and nothing... even when he used to actually answer, he put you on speaker so everyone could hear your card information. Horrible, unprofessional, and incredibly rude!!

I coukdnt give them lower... This place is the WORST customer Assistance there is l weather you go to the office or over the phone no matter what you need they have excuses for you to come to their office abd when you go they completly ignore you.. They dont even acknowledge you are there standing until 10 minutes later they look at you like if you bother them and they tell you to sit down rudely!!!!!! Dont recomend them ....

These people are a joke this guy name Christian answers the phone says hello HOLD and leaves you on hold never comes back on the line. trying to get homeowners insurance added to my car insurance for the bundle with Progressive for two weeks I’ve spent over an hour on hold waiting for this guy he’s worthless find a different insurance company

This company used to Have a lot of friendly agents who helped out. Now this location has downsized to one person who is rude, unprofessional, and unorganized. I've been with this company for 3+ years and never had a problem. Clearly they are under staffed, but upper management needs to hire people here. Don't recommend this place at all. Look for another place to get your quote.
