I love Farm Bureau! I have been a member for 20 years, during which I have made a few claims. My agent has always gone above and beyond to ensure my claims were handled promptly and properly. Not only have I been satisfied with the claim experiences, I am particularly happy about the way Farm Bureau looks out for me. Whether it was in the financial best interests of Farm Bureau, or in my best interests my agent has evaluated my policies regular over the years and has always kept me informed about ways to improve coverage and save money. I have complete trust in Farm Bureau.

Missouri Farm Bureau Insurance agents and staff handled our auto accident, claims, settlements and all other associated activities in the most professional manner. The Moniteau County office and the claims adjusters in particular were outstanding. If there were a 10-star rating, it would fit!!

We had nothing but a positive experience with MO Farm Bureau Claims from processing our claim to a claims inspector coming to inspect the water damage in our kitchen.
