Family's business called them for help, they quoted $6,000+ and told them if that didn't work they possibly needed to get all the cat cables rerun in the business. I reseated the connections in the one problem computer and suddenly the 6000$ problem was fixed. Now today I found out they messed with the emails at some point too, and my family was just hit with a $5,000 auto renew from godaddy for services we've never used or wanted to use. Avoid this company, they will rip you off.
