I contacted Monarch Claims shortly after our home was severely damaged by hurricane Ian. Laz, my claims specialist came out immediately and was nothing short of professional and courteous. He was very thorough with his inspection and detailed with the process and what to expect ahead. After my first interaction with my insurance company, I was EXTREMELY happy I contacted Monarch as the insurance company was clearly not interested in settling without a fight. I have absolutely nothing good to say about the insurance company I had and believe it should be criminal how they are allowed to do people after a natural disaster. But I will say, I’m extremely GRATEFUL that I had Laz, Camila and their team helping fight the battle for me. It took over a year to get settled but we did it and couldn’t have gotten what we needed without the Monarch. Because of them, our home has been repaired properly. Thank you Laz and Camila!! Maria Jarquin has worked with us over the past many months so we could receive compensation from our insurance company. Maria began her work after Isaiah Cordero (a wonderful public adjuster) finished his work. Maria put her heart and soul into getting our money from our miserable insurance company. She was always available to us. Her knowledge, her work ethic, her kindness, and her entire demeanor was a blessing to us.
She celebrated via the phone waves with us when the check was received. Unfortunately, my bank restricted the funds after we deposited the check. They sent an email saying that we might not get the amount for a long time. We spoke with one of the member advocates who asked if he could speak with Maria. She had already told us that she would do anything to help me. She sent supporting documents immediately and spoke to the bank. Thankfully, because of Maria's work, the bank released the funds to us within one hour. That sure made us smile!
