I’ve carried a policy with MSF for the past 4 years. Anytime I need assistance, have questions or request for docs, every individual I have worked with has been outstanding. They are helpful and responsive. I have always felt the rates were fair and reasonable for the line of work I run. I have not had to process any claims so I cannot say if they are douche bags on that aspect. But for customer service they have been very good to me.

I'm sorry. I don't get bills or notifications but late fees have no problem showing up. Very frustrating in this day to work with the software. To navigate it. I really like paying on time and this a 2nd time I have a late fee show and have absolutely no idea. I was assigned an agent, but for the State Fund its more like a helper. They don't know when things are do nor notify you. Put any due dates in your personal calendar.

Just an update. With one employee that works 30 hours a week they are paying an auditor to do a full multi-day audit of my business. Talk about a waste of tax dollars. They sure like to target small businesses and let the big ones with lawyers do what they want.

This is the worst company to get workers compensation insurance through. I have been doing business in Montana for over 20 years and I will make it a point to never do business with this company again. They misrepresent themselves as a government agency and charge outrageous rates. Shop elsewhere. At one time they were the only option. Now there are are over a hundred other companies that will provide coverage in Montana. Any of wich would be a better choice.

I've been receiving medical benefits for several years. Have also had at least 5 claims examiners. They have all been amazing to deal with & most always been available to take my calls. Additionally, if not available, there is always someone to handle my concerns.

Probably a great example of how government money is spent on private interest assets. There is a elaborate and fancy fountain inside this luxurious building. I hear that this place has many reports of denying workmans compensation claims involving injured workers. Disgraceful in my opinion. Check it out for yourselves if you can, it may be helpful to be aware of how government money gets spent on its self rather than its community objectives.

Tiffiny fixes everything!! She actually cares and try’s to fix any problems, has for many years. But the company she is trying to stand behind does NOT have the same values. Maybe if they would not send me 10 lbs of mail and notices of canceled policy stuff a year I would rate better. After all shouldn’t they have my back as an insurance provider 1star for msf and 5 for Tiffiny!

Eric Schorer has been AMAZING to work with! Everyone told me how much of a nightmare it would be to work with workmans comp. But he made sure the process was quick and easy! He has taken great care of me! I appreciate him greatly!

Terrible experience, I feel they would have preferred that I died in accident. Trying to get on going treatment and prescription have been a horrible experience. Most unprofessional and unethical organization I ever had the misfortune to deal with. Claims representative Tony Bruno works clearly without conscience or morality.
