There is a reason that insurance companies get a snakey reputation and Moulton Claim Service is a prime example of this stereotype. Horrible company to work with- Gail Barbier is rude, unresponsive, and completely aloof- until you threaten to file a complaint with the Board of Insurance.. and then you will get an email back! Going on a month and a half since I was hit by their client- a commercial semi truck- and still do not have any progress or the rental reimbursement I was promised. I have spent so many hours trying to get this claim resolved that it's a second job. KUDOS Moulton Claim Service for keeping the stereotype strong!
