Jeff has always taken a personal approach, insuring best coverage and reasonable policy costs. When needed, he’s been quick to respond. When I had my first and only automobile accident recently, he responded to my call by driving directly to the crash site to meet with me, helped to retrieve my personal items from the wreckage, and then drove me home. That’s way beyond showing great customer service and deserves well over a 5 Star Rating!

Worst experience I've ever had with an insurance agency! I had hail damage four months ago and I'm the only house on the block who is still waiting for repairs. I've called four times over the last two weeks alone and I'm always told no one is there to talk to, but the person - Jeff - will call me back later in the day or the following day...it never happens!!! Just got blown-off again today. One more week, and it will be time to file in district court!

Rates are for sure not the cheapest. I saved hundreds by going direct instead of with her. Also when u have a issue she will not get involved and try to correct it thats up to you. So I say why do I need a agent if this is what I get nothing
