We paid them a lot of money to be treated so poorly. Winter has been hard on everyone. I have paid this company over 50k for them to boot us so cold is crazy to me. No claims ever paid out in 3 years. I thought I was doing a good job. Increased premiums, took away financing without prior notice, almost 4 times the normal amount to bind this year. I just feel as if we have been treated very poorly by a company we believe we did good business with. Should’ve known when they refuse to even talk to you on the phone.

I would work with someone who cares about people. I don’t know if there are any left smh shame on you Paul Hansen and movers choice.
