I do not recommend Mr Claims. My cousin used their services, and it was a complete disaster. They left their machines in the house for months and then tried to charge her for it. Completely unprofessional and a nightmare to deal with. Avoid using them at all costs.

The worst experience in my life. Mr Claims came to my house over 2 years and at this day they have not given our check. Every time I call they say the check is in accountant and they will mail it. My insurance paid the check threw them 3 months ago. IT'S BEEN A NIGHTMARE. We got hit by the hurricane and I cannot claim roof because the tarp mr claim put on my roof over 2 years broke in hurricane and it's hanging in front of my house in back and everywhere. I even gave them my account number to deposit weeks ago and I ask myself how long does it take accounting to deposit. There terrible

We hired this sham of a company before summer and they’ve had the check from our insurance company since JULY and keep giving us the runaround as to why they can’t get it to us. They’re now dodging our emails and phone calls. This is beyond ridiculous. Reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau and contacting lawyers.

Im pleased by the service I received from Mr Claim, my personal adjuster was Anibal, he always answered my phone calls, kept me posted thru the entire process, contacting the office is the different story, if you ask to many questions they put in hold and hang up the phone on you after a while, that ain’t right, they need to understand that customer come first. We worked with Maria Gabriela & Henry with Mr. Claims back in December of 22, fighting with our insurance to get our roof and damages replaced and repaired. Mr.Claims came in and took over the claim with our insurance and within a week had a mitigation/restoration company come in and remove any mold I. Our bathrooms and two rooms. Maria and Henry diligently worked with us and ensure what they promised to do would happen and it did. We got a new roof with seamless gutters, and our bathroom totally remodeled. It’s a process and yes, you have to be patient but they sent the settlement check as promised. This is how we were able to get our new roof and other work done. Maria and Henry made multiple visits and calls ensuring us and updating us with what Mr. claims was doing. Thank You Maria and Henry you both were awesome and very caring. Both take great interest in what they do. Thank you.

SCAM ALERT. WHAT EVER YOU DO. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PUBLIC ADJUSTER. SAVE YOURSELF. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They receive a settlement check that they took from me so they can endorse it. Which the check was cleared in March of 2024. It's now almost June This company has refused to give me my share of the settlement so I can replace my roof. They now avoid my calls when I ask when I will receive my settlement , they always say they don't know. mind you they already cashed the check from the insurance company. I am now looking in to lawyers to take them to court. They have a representative in Orlando called Mauricio. I will be making a tiktok to expose this company until I get my money. At some point they told me to drive to Miami to go pick up my check mind you . I live in Orlando.

Absolutely horrible.

I was taken to mediation to hear from the insurance Co. How Mr. Claims took 8 months to submit my claim, and I never sent them the necessary docs so they were able to pay me the lowest amount possible for lack of evidence and lack of follow-up.

I finally call the law co to find out where my tiny check was and they told me that Mr. Claims picked it up 3 months ago ? no one called me to tell me, neither from the public adjusters office nor the legal office.

So, the public adjuster has been sitting on my cashed check for 3 months, probably making interest on my money, while I sit here waiting to see what's up. EDIT *I called them a few days back to back, they gave me my check*

Mr. Claims also put a wrap on my new roof which did not need a wrap, and I had to keep it for 2 years while waiting for the stupid mediation to come thru. I had to pay out of my own pocket to remove the tarp, even though I did not need a wrap on my roof.

Lack of comm and doing whatever they want and vaguely explaining it to me so I would give the ok to do so

*They gave me my check* Although they affected my case by the way of doing things, they gave me the check, I went in person to pick it up. All is good
