If I could I would even rate this company. The lenders will tow your car if you are owing 140$ The customer service makes agreements that they can not hold up on their end. Miscommunication all around. I would rather pay for a brand new car then to make monthly payments to a company that has no professionalism and work ethic. It’s not my fault that your representative got a date wrong.

Unprofessional and rude people, Robert has no customer service experience and very rude even their manager Frank has no profession. How did he become a manager? They really take advantage of people knowing that Mullen Finance Plan is people’s last choice for financing autos. They will raise your monthly payment even if you have have signed a contract. Very unprofessional. The worst customer service experience I’ve had. MF

If I could give them -5 stars I would give them that but here is my experience with these guys at 1st they said i could keep the truck if i pay the dealer 5gs then they said to take the truck back to the dealer because my credit was very bad and then they said that i could keep the truck if I pay $1000 monthly so i gave it a shot and seems like it was going to work but these guys kept pushing till i said no more $65000 for a boxtruck? No way so i let them keep it but they dont want to give me my tools from inside the boxtruck so what can i do? Does anybody knows?

I am gonna say they are good. They approved me even thou my credit was not good. After a year of financing my car I never have to call them or talk to them. They never call me, they never cause me any problems, my payments go swiftly with no issues. Could it be that I have ZERO issues with them cause I have always made all my payments on time I think so. See Mullen is not the type of place that works with credits scores over 800...no they are here for people with bad credit and when you have bad credit and get a second chance, you have no business being late with a single payment. I give them 5 stars because I do happen to know how this rating systems work.

UPDATE 12/2017

I finished paying my car. I actually happened to go thru financial hardship and was quite late a few times, they never harassed me and always worked with me. I now own the car they financed for me.

UNPROFESSIONAL!! This is the only way I can describe this entire finance company. Think twice before you finance with them. I’m in awe that this place isn’t shut down after years of unprofessionalism and inexperienced reps. HORRIBLE ALL AROUND.

Let me start off by saying I am not a client of theirs and tell you why they deserve not even one star. My name is Michael and my brother recently got his car repossessed by Mullen. My mom and I went to Mullen to see the reason for the repo and I had to get my backpack off. As we waited a guy named Marvin said he was going to bring the car for me to get my backpack and belonging off but instead he decided to throw everything in a bad and damaged one of my books. Like I said I am not a client if there’s and they are already treating me very unfairly. Here comes the worst part of Mullen Finance.

I went to Mario’s Auto Center to purchase a vehicle because I was using my brothers car at the time before it was repossessed. As I was talking to the car seller, one of the agents named Jaime that works at Mullen that spoke to my mom in regards to the car situation came to the dealership and spoke really bad at me saying “Oh we just repossessed their car, I wouldn’t sell anything to them” and so on. I was furious because ONE that car that got repossessed wasn’t even mine TWO I don’t even know this guy THREE who is he to judge me? I don’t ever write bad reviews but I think Mullen is one of the worst finance companies.
