Garbage company. Was hit by an uninsured motorist on Thanksgiving and submitted a report online expecting to hear from them first thing Friday morning to get a rental car. I called them mid-morning asking to speak with the adjuster to get things moving so I could get a rental. They said there is nobody here to do that today and you'll have to wait until Monday. They leave their customers stranded over the weekend because they choose to close their office on a non-holiday (Friday) and have no backup systems in place to take care of their clients. I pay way too much money in monthly premiums to be left out in the cold when I need them the most. I can't wait to move my accounts to a different company that understand the levels of service needed for clients.

Absolute garbage company! When I had an issue with an insurance claim they let me know they had met the legal minimum to try to get a hold of me and when the one letter that was sent to the wrong address was sent back to them they gave up. When I call them to explain my frustration I’m told they met the legal minimum of trying to get ahold of me even though they had my phone number and email address. Maybe you should get with the times and try an alternative method of communication that’s more in line with modern technology! I can promise you I will never use your company if your only goal is to meet the bare minimum legal requirements for your customers!!

Like many others, I switched everything to MOE going through an independent agent. Home, 3 cars, travel trailer, boat, jet ski. Had one small home claim for water damage at the house. Followed all recommendations of the claim adjuster. Two and a half years later after raising my premiums in successive years they cancel my home because of the one claim and cancelled my auto because it was bundled with the home. No other claims that entire time. Mutual of Enumclaw is only looking for free money. Don't bother switching with them to save a few bucks. It is not worth it.

I switched over all my insurance coverages (home, auto & umbrella) to MoE at the recommendation of my insurance agent. I did save money over my previous insurance, so it seemed like a good deal. I had some damage to an electrical component in my home due to a storm. I talked to my insurance agent about it and he encouraged me to file a claim (a relatively small dollar amount). At the time I had no claims on my record. MoE paid the claim promptly and I was happy at the time. But when it came time to renew my policies, then dropped all of my coverages. I was shocked. Because of it, it's ended up costing me more money now to go out and get new insurance. So, in the long run, I lost any money I saved switching to MoE. Definitely not worth the switch. If you want a company that won't stand by you after you file a claim, then MoE is the right company for you. I won't ever do business with them again.

Our premiums went through the roof for 2024! Watch out everyone for your premium increases!! We had a 57% increase on homeowners which made my agent lose his breath. There was absolutely no reason for this other then I have to assume they need the money.

My car was stolen. Mutual of Enumclaw paid me out on my vehicle, but not for what it’s worth with inflation. When my car was finally found, Mutual of Enumclaw refused to sell me back my car “because the title transferred” in their name. They could have easily transferred it back after selling it back to me. But they were unwilling. I believe that’s an unnecessary strict policy without any consideration for showing human compassion and decency.

We have never had anything but praises for Enumclaw. They have always taken care of our auto and home owners needs in a speedy fashion.
The most recently was a hot water heater failure. In a matter of hours the nice young lady had set up the claim and Brady, the adjuster, was calling us back. The work started Monday morning and we had hot water again by Thursday afternoon.
Brady explained our policy benefits and we were well taken care of without even using some of them. I told him it was like camping at home, we were fine. Every thing moves along with this company and their staff. With in hours we have the wheels in motion to fix the problem.
The nice young lady, J. O. from the CRC Dept even sent us a hand written note making sure we were ok and hoping all was going well. I'm sorry I couldn't read her signature but I let Brady know and he let her know.
What insurance company employee takes the time to send a kind note like that. Thank you, that small gesture made our day.

I have been with this company for over 10 years, 2 homes and auto. They recently added a $5 surcharge to each invoice generated, costing me over $100 extra per year. I was told it was a "paper invoice fee", but I am not able to opt out of the paper invoice fee. I was told I can pay in full but I simply cannot get around a paper invoice fee. Guess you just lost a long time customer, and I know you don't care but I want others to take notice
