Let me say first, that we don't change allegiances lightly. When we commit to someone, we usually stay with them unless they give us a reason not to. We have multiple policies and it is not simple to change. Our rates, like everyone's kept going up with our previous servicer, even though we'd had no claims. It was time to look at options. We've learned over the years that the lowest price rarely comes with much in the way of service, so you have to investigate and find a balance. I'm like a lot of people, I want to recognize the name of the company I work with, but there are so many choices now. As a broker, Marinda helped us work through pricing, but she also checked the ratings of the carriers and followed up to make sure mortgage servicing companies were informed of changes. Marinda is a tenacious, hard working, kind, patient professional with a sense of humor and a great laugh. She's sincere and diligent about her work for Mutual Point and reaches out when she thinks there is a change that might benefit us. I can recommend Mutual Point, the quality and service are hard to compare with.
