Jackie G. is an outstanding agent!
Excellent customer service, always responsive.

The rate from my existing insurance company increased incredibly for no reason. Many agents from other companies were not helpful, some didn't return my calls.

Jackie came through for me and quickly found a policy with a much lower rate. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the industry; she listened to what I needed and promptly answered my many questions. She was/is attentive, efficient, professional and understanding. Jackie is the most helpful insurance agent I have ever dealt with. She is honest and up front with everything. She helped us a lot going thru crisis. She actively looked for the best rates and coverage annually and are always looking out for the customer. If she can’t offer you a better deal than the company you are with she will tell you. I was having a hard time finding a new home owners policy and I was told to call Mercury. I was referred to Nicole Hofhine and she did a wonderful job not only getting me a new policy but at a lower rate than my previous insurance provider.
