HOA community has 214 homes that lost their water supply due to Community Well House explosion

The HOA Board filed a claim with our insurance company, and after significant back and forth and issues with Insurance Company Adjuster eventually they paid a very small amount after several months of fighting with Adjuster.

We hired My Insurance Adjuster, Rick came and inspected the property. Rick submitted a very detailed follow-up claim overviewing damages, cost and justification of damage caused by Well explosion and was able to secure more than 20X what the insurance company had offered to settle.

A 95-foot-tall poplar tree fell on my house during a severe storm. The tree strike took out the roof, kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook and sunporch. The insurance company gave us only one year to rebuild, and no reputable contractors could be found in order to complete the house on time.
