I've been a State Farm customer for decades. They've always been good to me. Recently my long time agent in the City retired and closed his agency so I was transferred to Natasha Perez, State Farm Agent in Sebastopol. I was happy to be now dealing with someone in our community but had no idea how warm, service oriented and welcoming this agency would be.

I've primarily dealt with Cassandra Ceja, a true gem regarding customer service. I always thought my old agent was good, but her quick responses and great communication have made dealing with them flawless. She also asked if I'd like to come in to the office, since they like to meet new customers. So I did, and the warm welcome continued. I got a chance to meet Natasha too, who also extended the same warmth, letting me know they were always available to help. She also gave me appreciation for being a long time State Farm Customer. I look forward to many years of this new relationship.

One more thing...We were favorably impressed with the employee atmosphere in this office. It was soon evident there is a genuine supportive relationship amongst the 3 insurance agents present during our visit. I had some very specific corporate policy questions that elicited helpful perspective from Antonia’s co-workers. Anyone that has ever worked in ‘sales’ understands and appreciates the benefits of a non-stressful office environment.

So far, she has never returned one phone call that I’ve made. I recently renewed my insurance and as usual, she never got back to me so another person helped me and all it did was raise my rates. The price of insurance is terrible right now.
