After 21 years of military service this is certainly one of the worst experiences that I have had to deal with. I have never had so much damaged stuff denied for normal wear and tear as there are visible patches of mold / corrosion on the items. Not even sure giving a "0" star review would do justice as it was negative service all around. I ensured to amplify the grotesque treatment and recommended for the DoD to better evaluate the companies that will be handling matters for the service members and their family's, especially considering we move all around the world every 3-4 years with items not engineered to survive one move let alone seven or eight, and irreplaceable keep sake items that will be lost forever. Absolutely appalling how this went while being ignored for months and having to file a complaint just to get things moving again. If you are in the military and get assigned this company, I would do anything possible to get re-assigned because chances are there is someone else better out there.

If I could give this company a 0 star I would. From my experience this company takes advantage of military members when their items are lost or damaged during a PCS move. I would be willing say this company is fraudulent based on their actions and requirements. The claim adjusters are not required to and will not provide any justification on the value of the item they think is like kind and quality. It is solo what they think.

When filing a claim you will need to provide the below information and it must be 100% undeniable proof. This is the complete opposite of what the claim adjust is required to do.

1. What the item is (good luck here they cannot tell the difference between a baseball Catcher’s glove and a recreational baseball and slow pitch glove even with pictures)
2. Make (Make sure it is in the pictures)
3. Model (Make sure it is in the pictures)
4. Material (You will need a picture of the tag for this)
5. Size (Take out your tape measure and so you can prove the size of the carpet or rug)
6. Features (Be ready to point out obvious features in your picture and if it is something like stain resistant carpet you better have a picture of the tag that says it is stain resistant)

If you cannot prove all six of the above with photo evidence they will claim the lost price object they find on Walmart, Amazon or quick google search is like kind and quality. If they find the object on sale you will get the sale value not the full price.
If it is a custom item you cannot find on Walmart, Amazon or Google in a one minute search they will make it up and provided the cheapest item they can find.

If the claim adjuster is not familiar with the item they are not required or responsible to learn about it to properly adjust the value. Example the claims adjuster I had could not tell the difference between a baseball catcher’s glove and a recreational baseball and slow pitch softball glove and insisted they were like kind. Do not get me started on quality.

I am sorry if you get stuck with this company and I wish you the best of luck

Edited because of the companies replay:
The company response to my message and says they will look into it. From my experience the company has no integrity so I do not believe it. If they provided me with the report and the facts I will happy edit my post.

Words mean nothing but actions do.

Been in the service for 17 years, by far the worst experience I've had so far in filling a clam after a PCS move. With the very dissatisfying service I received by Kim B. Loughman their mato should change to proudly dis servicing military families ...
