Do not use this carrier. Had wind and hail damage from storm in May. Refused to pay saying the damage was old and it was not. They will do anything so they don't have to pay you. All they want to do set a desk and look at pictures. The guy that was sent out said I should be able to get a new roof. They do nothing but contract out people to stick it to you. Bad company to deal with in my opinion. They like to argue with you on the phone also.

I want to give them 0 star if I could. Terrible terrrible services. I cancelled my policy and after one month, I have not received my refund. I called them and was told that the cancellation was on hold. ON HOLD for no reason!!! Now I have to wait another 2-4 weeks to get my refund. I feel so relieved now that I cancelled my policy with them. It's the best decision that I have ever made.

Put in a claim for damage from a neighbor’s dead tree falling into my yard and damaging my fence almost a month later I haven’t heard anything from them but they raised my policy over $1000.00 a year and they have paid out NOTHING on my claim. Am canceling my policy immediately. SORRY SORRY company.😡😡😡😡😡

When this was just Lloyd's, we had no issue. It would've been 5 stars, but since they changed their name and logo, they would get 0 from me. We received a letter saying they were changing name and logo...no biggie. I keep reading and then I see they basically will double my home insurance from $1200 to $2400 in October. Nope, you guys are high. I'm pretty sure this is a whole new company because it's not Lloyd's by a long shot. I immediately shopped around and canceled. I was able to get my car and home bundled saving me $2000 a year. We then receive a letter today saying our cancellation date. These guys stretched days and will leave us with a lapse in coverage for a few days. These new people definitely do not care about their people. Glad I'm leaving.

They issued me a non-renewal notice for inoperable vehicles and debris. I have no debris and I have no inoperable vehicles. I do have vehicles I’m working on, but you can put a key and starting them up and drive them they’re not in operable. And they are parked in the driveway

If I could leave 0 stars I would. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT with them. They are not transparent about their policy and now I’m stuck paying 9k out of pocket for a new roof. Since they depreciated the roof. Save your money and go to another company. Plus horrible customer service and hard to get a hold of. Nightmare of a company

Our roof is leaking in 3 places and the claims adjuster comes out and says that the leaking is not from the roof. (We live in a one story house with only a roof above us.) We have been with this company almost 20 years, they don't care about their customers what so ever, but find it easy to bill you every month! They also have one claims adjuster for all of the area in Texas I live in, so he will only stay at your house for 3 minutes because he is so busy, ridiculous.

So far been bad experience we had high winds blow shingles off roof over two months ago can’t get a call back no information, I’ve called 3/4 times nothing. I’m at the point not sure what to do. Crazy to me they want their money on time or they will cancel you, but when paying out it seems to be you can wait we don’t care if your house is tore up or not. Disappointed and this is my first house so to get information on what I need to do is like pulling teeth on a hungry lion
