I never knew what a public adjuster was until my friend had recommended Vince at National Public Adjusters. I am so glad that I got in touch with him. After sustaining damage from a washing machine leak, that caused damage to my kitchen and basement, I tried submitting the claim to my insurance company by myself. I was extremely upset with what my insurance company was trying to offer and settle the claim for. Vince was able to step in and handle the entire process start to finish. He negotiated me over 16 times the original amount that was offered by my insurance company! My basement & kitchen are completely fixed and my home is back to the way it was. My only regret is that I did not call him sooner!! I will be recommending Vince to all my friends and family in the future! Vince was incredibly helpful in quickly and effectively processing our home insurance claim following tornado damage from Hurricane Ida in Summer 2021. Not only was he knowledgable, he was able to negotiate with our insurance company on a larger claim amount based on his thorough review of our damages, to our home itself, as well as furniture, flooring and personal belongings. Navigating a tornado clean up was not something we were accustomed to as Pennsylvania residents and thanks to National Public Adjusters, we were educated on the process and taken excellent care of.

After opening an insurance claim myself for water damage in my basement my coverage was denied. After much frustration, a friend recommended that I reach out to Vince from National Public Adjusters. He stepped in and handled the negotiations, inspections, paperwork etc. At that point- everything went smoothly and all repairs were paid. The only regret I have is not reaching out to Vince sooner.

Austin was absolutely AMAZING! We had storm damage to our roof and siding and our insurance company only wanted to give us a fraction of the cost to repair them. We hired Austin through a referral from our roofer and he fought for us to get everything covered. He communicated with us throughout the whole process and took care of everything.
