I've been a client since 2011. I have not yet made a claim. My tros have been pretty good with one standing out as excellent and that's Kathy Garcia. She is very knowledgeable and provides fast feedback. I feel I am buying the right coverage and that's due to her knowledge. Rates have increased 3 times in the last 3 years, hope they figured out the risk side better. When/if there's ever a time I need to make a claim that it process fairly and promptly.

So far so good. They made one small error when I signed up, and it increased my rate slightly but it was because they entered less square feet than what my property was. I understood the error and the difference it makes. I prefer honesty. Signing up was easy, verification is done, automated payments are available and I like my agent Heather.

their luring claims "One Size Fits None" and "Insurance BUILT for investors" is a lie. I rent out a house to an ambulance company but apparently this is not insurance built for investors as they say they cant provided coverage for this type of investment.

Used to be great. Have had hundreds and hundreds of properties covered. Customer service reps keep changing, and take weeks to add a new property. Want to charge $50 “new client fee” even though I have many properties just a new LLC. I’m still a customer but am exploring other options.

I have been with this company for over a year. Paid my annual and have not heard anything since I just checked my bank account. And I am now almost $200 in the negatives because they automatically took out a payment without even sending me an email or a letter in the mail letting me know that My annual payment was coming up for me to decide. If I wanted to go ahead and do monthly or another yearly payment. Please fix it. Please send out emails and letters to people that that have annual contracts. That way, we will know ahead of time that you are about to take a payment out without you, just taking a payment out. That was really not cool.

This is literally the perfect platform and company for landlords or real estate investors. I have never had a company approve and give me quotes back on homes so fast and their staff especially Lisa Wilson emails you back the same day if you need assistance. Their prices are fair and competitive and its so easy to keep track of all your properties, payments, and add new locations. These guys are life savers!

terrible company i also used to like them and had about 80 properties insured with them but had problems with claims when i had some and recently have had numerous billing irregularities with them including them debiting my bank account without permission. had to cancel all my insurance with them and would highly recommend not using them
