Recently one of our cars got involved in an accident with a policy member from Nationwide Auto Insurance, we have been trying to get ahold of someone in this company for 3 weeks, No one answer their phones, Horrible customer service, We have been leaving voicemails and emails for everyone without any luck. did someone knows how can we take this company to court ? or put a complain on BBB ?
