For the love of god do not use this awful company.
-They had canceled an re-started my policy to work around a claim date so as to avoid paying out.
-They declined to renew my policy even after I completed all their requirements to retain coverage.
- After they canceled my policy I received a bill for some fee that was never explained to me. Apparently is was months over due but never sent to me?

Horrendous. Terrible. Awful. Garbage.

Absolute trash company to deal with. One of their policy holders seriously damaged my property 2 months ago, and still no closer to a resolution. Will not communicate with me at all as I don't have a policy with them. They should be investigated for fraud. Pure garbage

First I highly recommend not using this company.
I Read all reviews and is same experience and they don't even take a time to respond help customer from any of the review .( that say a lot)
I would like to share my experience with Nautilus, a company I used for my business insurance for six years with no a single claim. Every year, they increase our insurance rates. On top of that, they send me a separate bill for over $5000.00. I got tired of their unfair practices. Despite making our monthly payments automatically, they sent us a monthly cancellation letter. Every time, we had to reinstate the payments and it was getting frustrating. So, I decided to switch to a different insurance company. But now, Nautilus is claiming that I owe them $5000.00. I refused to pay this amount as I have not received any proof that I owe them that money. Moreover, they sent me a collection agency and threatened to take legal action against me and my assets. It is unfair that large companies like Nautilus abuse their power and money to steal from small businesses like mine. I believe the government should take action to protect citizens and small businesses from these kinds of tyrant companies. Paying your insurance premium should be enough, without having to deal with extra charges at the end of the year.

If every small business has to be show the profit of our business to insurance company to then charge extra to small business then small business we don't have life and we will never grow as a business I call to this abuse and more our state and federal government most do something ASAP. We need there help small families depend on small business and if small business are getting over charge from bigger company then we will disappear or we will has to increase price to charge more to our consumers and consumers may be struggling or will refuse pay for our services.
Wen a small business has a claim I wich that insurance will act fast to help they customer but it doesn't not happen.
I am willing to rote a letter to government to do something ,and they most review all ther review and company to ensure that they are doing fear business and not harm small business .

Nautilus cancelled my insurance policy due to completely fraudulent information. They said that my childcare insurance policy was cancelled due to the presence of a trampoline on my property when - in fact - there has never been nor will there ever be a trampoline on my property. They either went to the wrong address or just made up a total lie to get out of the contract. I can't tell you how much of a nightmare Nautilus has been. This company is a factory of fraud.

You can't imagine the frustration I've had with this company, especially the well paid insurance claim adjusters. They have ignored my insurance claim for a tree service that they insure. The tree service damaged many expensive things in my yard while cutting trees. Nautilus Insurance doesn't want to pay for any of the damages. Their claim adjusters job is to save their company money and forget about the customer. If anyone hires a company that is insured by Nautilus Insurance expect the worst. My yard looks like a disaster area. This is unacceptable but they get away without paying anyway.

This scam and fraudulent organisations must be stopped. They covered my husband's company for about $3000 and then carried out an audit and said we owe them $ 8000. They have filed a claim, now I am speaking with my own lawyer. Please, do not use this Insurance.

Brain Craig failed to return my calls,emails, and keep me informed in a month long process of a simple claim. When asked to speak with someone higher up I was told he will not give me anyone else’s information and that he would be my only point of contact. My client said that he (Brain) was less than thorough with his questions and was rather short and rude on the phone call. Leaving this provider immediately for they not only did not help me but made an awful impression with my clientele.

My business was audited by the insurance company, but they asked me to pay more because sales increased. I wanted to call the insurance company, but they didn't answer, and after 2 years and 3 years, there was no news. The insurance company bought a lawyer and took the money from my bank account. They say this is a bad method for this company
