Poor customer service. Specifically rude employee named Marcus Moss. If you have any kind of self care for yourself or loved ones. Do not go to this office. Maybe it is because I am African American. NAACP will love to hear my story tomorrow.

If you're trying to get someone to return your phone calls invovling a claim or settlement good luck. The service is ridiculously bad. I haven't been able to get in touch with someone in two months. I always get a voicemail.

they are very slow on processing your claim, and Don’t even accept a call back from them if you leave them a massage, it took me almost 3 months to get my check, they are not professionals at all. They are luck I am not thier boss they would not had a job thier that for sure....

Terrible customer service, been trying to get ahold of Josh David or something similar to that, and every time I call I get sent straight to voicemail. I’ve been trying to get my claim for almost a month and a half.
