The Reinsurance House is one of the oldest skycrappers on the Lagos Marina. The multi-storey building is offices on several floors while LG electronics showroom is on the ground floor. It has elevators but not ♿ Wheelchair accessible trails but ramp can be provided to make this possible.

Top notch office building I must confess

Located along the old Marina road, one would expect better.
Had to climb 7 flights of stairs as the elevator wasn't working. Personally, it would have been a "walk in the park" but there was no light in the stairway either.
More attention has to be given to facility maintenance.

Building not exactly in good shape. Only one of 4 elevators works. If you get there just as the elevator doors close, you might be in for a couple of minutes wait for the elevator to come back to you.

The facility is a good one, but I believe government can drop more, especially in the area of maintenance. Let it be at the same level as those around it and rent/lease it out. There's no point keeping it if you can't maintain it sell it out
