Called to get a quote and the guy asked where the house was, my current insurance was through and how much I paid a month. I told him and he said we can't beat that and hung up in my face. I still wanted a quote...even if it was a bit more wasn't going to stop me from purchasing the insurance. The insurance company I'm with now I can only talk through via broker and I don't like it. ?

If you've had trouble getting insurance, you haven't gone here. The ladies here have taken care of me for some years now. When I first started, nobody would insure me, now I wouldn't switch away from them just to save a few bucks. They're always there for me when I need them! Thank you ladies!!

Good rates , but its really hard to reach them. It'll ring then it'll hang up on you.

Update* they still barely answer the phone, and I always get this old man that tells me that he can't send a receipt or even send me to some who can. I asked if he could get me some info to pay my bill online but he just states he only does payments. Not helpful at all. It's always dreadful calling them.
